The quality of the service is something I have never experienced before. It was excellent! Every step from the ease of placing the order to the payment and then sending pictures of what was to be delivered was extremely well done. The person taking care of the order was so professional every step of the way. I do a lot of this type of purchases from other companies but have never gotten the type of high quality service this company gave. I can�t hype this business up enough because they were just so good. And the quality of the fruit and the presentation of the basket was as good as the service. This company knows how to do good business. I really look forward to ordering from them again!
I wanted to get a special birthday gift for a friend and could not think of what I could get them that they would enjoy. Then I thought of a fruit basket. I asked a colleague and they referred me to Gift Expressions. I checked their website and realised that I was able to place an online order I was ecstatic. The service I received was exemplary. The gift was delivered on time. My friend loved the gift and said "the fruits were fresh and the display was excellent". I also received a video and pictures of the gift basket from Keisha. She also followed up the delivery of the gift basket with a telephone call to confirm delivery. I think the option of online ordering is fantastic. I just want to wish Keisha all success with her business and I am sure to recommend this company to anyone who is interested in purchasing gift baskets. I know that I will be making other purchases in the future. I am uploading a picture of the fruit basket for everyone to see.
